GLYCO-GENE CHIP
Core's Responsibility
Sample Processing:
1. RNA will be reverse transcribed in the presence of fluorescently labeled dNTP analogues.
2. Labeled RNA will hybridize to the Glyco-gene Chip.
3. The Glyco-gene Chip will be scanned using a confocal scanner.
4. Data files will be obtained and sent to the investigator.
Data Analysis:
After your samples have been processed by the
Gene Microarray Core (E)
, you will receive several detailed
data files
for each Glyco-gene Chip.
