The CFG's Mouse Phenotype Core (Core G) is now closed. During its period of operation from 2001-2011, Core G analyzed the phenotypes of 34 mouse knockout strains lacking genes encoding glycosyltransferases, glycan-binding proteins, and other glyco-related proteins. Phenotype analyses included histology, immunology, hematology, and, in some cases, behavior and metabolism studies. Phenotype analysis results for all 34 mouse strains are publicly available on the Mouse Phenotyping Data page. |
