Status of Generating Mouse Lines
Completed Vector Designs
The Mouse Transgenics Core (F) is generating the following mouse lines (sorted by Gene Family), including estimated dates of completion. 'Completed' Vector Design entries link to a description of the vector design. The new lines are being generated in a C57BL6 background. Core F also uses isogenic B6 BAC DNA and uses the embryonic stem (ES) cell line Bruce 4 (Kontgen F etal, 1993).
