Status of Generating Mouse Lines
Completed Vector Designs
The following mouse lines are being generated by the Mouse transgenics Core (F). The dates of completion of each step are indicated. 'Completed' Vector Design entries link to a description of the vector design. The new lines are being generated in a C57BL6 background. Embryonal stem cell line Bruce 4 (for reference click here) and isogenic B6 BAC DNA are being used.
